For your consideration is the pictured item, a COBALT BLUE Hand Painted Miniature Porcelain SWAN salt cellar? numbered 581/519.  I don’t know the maker. It is very delicate and beautiful.  It measures 3.5″ long, 3″ tall and 2 1/4″ wide. It has  no chips or cracks. This would be a great addition to a collection!
